Mama Meet-Ups

Mummy's Day Out is a social network for the community, dedicated to reducing isolation and bringing mothers together to meet and socialise in their local areas. Our events are held regularly, and provide a fun and friendly environment for mothers to relax and network. These events are child-friendly and offer each guest light refreshments.

We believe each mother can benefit from having a network of other mothers to help and support each other. That’s why we strive to create a consistent space that fosters an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all our members.

Mama Meet-Up Partnerships

OCEAN x MDO

OCEAN is a unique integrated maternity and mental health service that offers compassionate emotional support to those experiencing or who have experienced birth trauma or birth loss. Through this social network community, members can connect with each other and access professional support from a qualified psychologist. OCEAN hosts regular meetups in local Maryland children's centres, with co-produced themes to discuss. OCEAN is dedicated to working in partnership with community organisations to provide a 'safe space' for individuals to share their stories and experiences and to build a supportive, understanding network.

Newham Council

In Newham, there are many serene outdoor locations where mothers can unwind, alleviate stress, and embark on a journey towards better health by taking walks with other mothers. Our collaborations with Newham Council aim to aid and combat health disparities that affect Black and Brown mothers and their families.
